metro station helpful staff
Location near the metro station was really convenient. Several supermarkets are also very close. I found the reception staff friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day of my stay. Breakfast includes a good continental selection.
The area outside had some untidiness. There were bins on the pavement. Some of the plants in the planters were dead.

convenient location public transport bus stop urine stain stained sheet cleanliness issue
the location was convenient. it was not far from the center. public transport was accessible. a bus stop was right outside the hotel.
the room was not clean. i noticed urine stains on the floor around the toilet. the bed had hair and a huge stain on the sheets. the hotel didn't offer a discount for the uncleanliness.
